Had a family appointment and shouldn't have tried to sail.
Choose a quick session in the morning, several out all having a great time in good 5/6M conditions, although up and down.
Rigged 6M / Mistral Synchro and fell on the first gybe on a problem elbow (bursitis) I have had about 6 months.
Felt the tendons strained and could not lift the sail with my left hand. Just about water started and made it back - packed up home - Rice it - guess no sailing for awhile:(
Missed a good session as conditions were very good.
